FUEL Charleston
FUEL, a restaurant in downtown Charleston, needed a complete online presence for their restaurant: a site with viewable menus, event listings, and an e-mail sign-up. FUEL also uses the site to collect feedback from customers.
Software: FUEL offers customers the ability to pre-order their lunch online. Netrist created software that is loaded on Restaurant computers that downloads orders from the site and prints them on the POS Printers.
Beyond the website, Netrist integrated Google Apps into FUEL's domain. Google apps provides e-mail with enterprise class spam filtering as well as the ability to share documents, spreadsheets, and calendars.
Finally, Netrist is involved in all of FUEL's online marketing efforts, including search engine optimization, customer satisfaction surveys, and management of the monthly newsletter.
